IBR statutory folder
The set of documents a boiler maker sends with each boiler for registration under the Indian Boiler Regulations: a covering letter, the forms, the mountings and fittings list, a stage-wise inspection report and copies of the material test certificates, filed in a fixed order.
Under IBR 2026 the forms are Form I Part B or C, Form IV Part A and Form V Part A with its Part B extract; see documents for boiler registration and the folder built from a BOM.
