We build the systems your business runs on.
Ahrom Labs is a software factory for operational systems — from compliant ERP and CRM to analytics, RAG and knowledge graphs. We model your entities, workflows, and decisions as one connected system, not another disconnected app.
Start a conversationYour business runs on disconnected systems.
A typical business runs on a CRM, an ERP, a handful of spreadsheets, and a dozen smaller tools, each holding a partial view of how the business works. None of them share a model of the entities, relationships, or workflows underneath.
Every integration between them is a workaround. Every new tool adds another place the truth can diverge from what actually happened.
What we build
Start with records that are correct and compliant. Add the workflows your people run every day. Then analytics, then AI — each layer built on the same model, so nothing has to be rebuilt to climb to the next one.
Custom ERP, CRM and operations systems
Any business that has outgrown spreadsheets and off-the-shelf software — where a few people are the only ones who know how everything connects.
GST, TDS and statutory compliance, built in
Manufacturers and traders who enter every purchase and sale twice — once in operations, once in Tally — and reconcile the two every month.
TallyPrime integration for cloud apps
Indian businesses whose accounts live in TallyPrime but whose sales, purchase or operations work has moved to a web app — and who are tired of re-keying the same invoice twice.
Multi-company finance and role-scoped access
Families and partners running two or more related businesses out of one office, who need one view of the money without every employee seeing all of it.
Analytics and operational intelligence
Owners who already have the data but decide on gut feel, because every report means someone stitching exports together by hand.
AI document extraction with human review
Trading, import-export and manufacturing businesses whose accounts team spends its day typing GST invoices, customs paperwork and bank statements into Tally.
RAG and knowledge graphs over your business
Businesses whose know-how lives in documents, inboxes and a few senior people's heads, and who want an assistant that answers from their own data rather than the internet.
The Ahrom approach
We start by modeling how your business actually works, then build the systems on top of that model. The application layer comes second.
Common approach
Every department gets its own application. Data is duplicated and synced between them by hand or by fragile integrations.
Our approach
We model your entities, relationships, and workflows once. Every surface you use reads from and writes to that same structure.
One structure, not a stack of tools.
Business connects entities, relationships, and workflows into a single structure. That structure produces data, decisions, and evidence. Data, decisions, and evidence combine into operational intelligence, which drives business execution.
What we believe
Understand before automating.
Automation on top of a business no one has modeled just moves the mess faster.
Systems over features.
A feature solves one task. A system explains how the tasks relate.
Evidence over assumptions.
Decisions should trace back to the data and events that produced them.
One coherent system over disconnected tools.
Every additional disconnected tool is another place the truth can diverge.
Systems we've built
LS Technologies
Electronics-components import/export trading

Savistar & Saag
Interior design and furniture manufacturing — sister companies
Each invoice picks its own company's letterhead, logo and GSTIN from a single shared app.
Shanti Boilers & Pressure Vessels
Boiler and pressure-vessel manufacturing
Each boiler's IBR statutory folder — cover letter and Forms II(1), III, III A and IV A — generated from its bill of materials and a bank of material test certificates.

Who this is for
You run a business that has outgrown the tools holding it together: a CRM here, a spreadsheet there, and a few people who remember how it all actually connects. You don't need another application bolted onto the pile. You need the structure your business can finally stand on, modeled properly before anyone writes a line of code.
Industry doesn't decide the fit; the shape of the problem does. So far that has meant a boiler manufacturer, a PCB trading company, and an interior design firm with a sister furniture workshop — each with its accounts in TallyPrime and its operations spread across spreadsheets and chat.
How we work
Every engagement starts the same way: we model your business before we design anything. That model becomes the specification. What gets built after it is not up for negotiation halfway through, because the structure was agreed on first.
We work with a small number of businesses at a time, not a pipeline. Modeling a business properly takes real attention, and we protect the time that takes.
Every project is priced in fixed phases, and the code, the data and the server end up in your name. How pricing, ownership and support work
