GST, TDS and statutory compliance, built in
GST returns and TDS, prepared from the work you already enter

We build accounting and statutory compliance into the operations system itself: ledger, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation, TDS, reverse charge, fixed assets, bank reconciliation, audit log and books lock — and industry filings such as a boiler's IBR forms, built from a bank of material test certificates. Tally becomes optional. Rates come from a human-verified registry.
Who it's for: Manufacturers and traders who enter every purchase and sale twice — once in operations, once in Tally — and reconcile the two every month.

How it works
- 01 Sales, purchases and stock are entered once, in the operations system.
- 02 The ledger posts from those same records, with GST and TDS rates from one human-verified registry, pulled daily.
- 03 GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation, the TDS register and 23 reports and documents are generated from the same data.
- 04 A filed period can be locked, and every change is kept in the audit log.

- Reports and documents from one computation each
- 23

- Statutory rates

- E-way bills
- Direct NIC client built to the official v1.03 spec; live once the NIC account is set up
What to require from any vendor for this: 9 lines on the ERP requirements checklist, each with the test to ask for in a demo.
Questions buyers ask
- Where do the GST and TDS rates come from?
- One registry. A person checks each change against the actual CBIC or CBDT notification, it goes live only once approved, and systems pull approved rates daily. A wrong rate is retracted, never quietly edited.
- Can it prepare a boiler's IBR forms?
- Yes. The statutory folder (cover letter and IBR 2026 Forms I Part B, IV Part A, IV Part B and V Part B (Forms II(1), III, III A and IV A under IBR 1950)) is produced from a bank of material test certificates. A person adds the parts, and a folder takes minutes instead of being typed by hand.
- Do we still need Tally?
- No, Tally becomes optional. The operations system can be the book of record, with Tally kept as a sync target if your accountant prefers to work there.
How it works, in detail
- Keeping GST, TDS and income-tax rates current across every system
- GST, TDS and the general ledger inside a manufacturing ERP, with Tally optional
- Keeping test certificates for a boiler's IBR folder
- Keep statutory rates in one human-approved registry that deployments pull from — don't scrape them
- Auto-apply a match only when it's mutually unique — everything else goes to a person
- One computed result, several renderers — never recalculate a report per format
